Return Process

  Log into your Dukan Store account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
